«Gift cases» promotion rules

These rules describe the ChiSetup advertising promotion in which an order above a certain amount comes with a gift — a case with a device or a discount. The promotion applies to orders placed on the chisetup.com.ua website and in the store's Telegram bot and Mini App.

1. Organiser

Sole proprietor (FOP) Maksym Andriiovych Solokha, tax ID (RNOKPP) 3547612413 — the seller of the ChiSetup store (see the Terms of Use). Contact details are on the Contacts page.

2. Period

The promotion runs indefinitely, until the organiser cancels it. The organiser may change these rules or end the promotion by publishing a new version on this page. Orders placed earlier are governed by the version in force when they were placed.

The promotion may be paused — the «Case tiers and gifts» block below then says so, and new orders do not get cases.

3. Taking part

  • Taking part is free. Cases are not sold: you cannot buy a case, an extra opening or another try.
  • Product prices do not depend on the promotion: a product costs the same with or without a case.
  • An order gets a case when its total after all discounts (a promo code, a bundle) reaches the threshold of one of the tiers. If several thresholds are reached, the highest tier applies.
  • One order — one case.

4. Case tiers and gifts

The list updates automatically and shows the gifts currently in stock. Gifts marked «rare» come up rarely.

5. How the gift is determined

  • Every case contains a gift — there are no empty cases.
  • The gift is determined at random when the order is placed, among the gifts of that tier that are in stock. Rare, epic, legendary and gold gifts come up rarely. The set of gifts of a tier is the same for every order, but the chances of particular gifts may depend on what the order contains: for some products a discount on the next order comes up more often.
  • The gift is determined by the store's server. The opening animation only shows the gift already determined and does not affect the result.

6. Choice: a guaranteed discount or a case

On tiers where this is offered, before placing the order the buyer chooses one of two gift options: a guaranteed discount on this order (the percentage and the maximum amount are shown above) or a case. The choice is made before the order is placed and cannot be changed afterwards.

7. Opening the case and receiving the gift

  • The case opens in the order once it is paid online — in full or the prepayment. Until then the case stays closed. A case can be opened once.
  • A device is added to the same order free of charge and ships in the same parcel.
  • A discount is given as a personal promo code for the next order. The code can be used once and is valid for a limited time (shown for each tier above). A code not used in time expires. A promo code from the case may not apply to some products — then the discount is counted on the rest of the cart.

8. Swapping the gift for a discount

If the case contains a product similar to one the buyer already has (the same product or a product of the same category from their orders), the gift can be swapped once for a discount promo code worth part of the gift's value (the percentage is shown above). The swap is possible until the order ships; after the swap the device is removed from the order.

9. Cash equivalent

Gifts — devices and discounts — cannot be exchanged for money, and no cash equivalent of a gift is paid.

10. Cancellation and return of the order

  • If the order is cancelled before the case is opened (by the buyer, by the store or automatically for non-payment), the case is void and cannot be opened. The device gift is not shipped in that case.
  • If the order is cancelled or returned in full, an unused promo code from the case (a discount or a swap) is deactivated, and the device gift is returned together with the order.
  • The guaranteed discount is part of the order price: on a return, the money actually paid for the products is refunded.

11. Taxes

A gift is income of its recipient. Under the Tax Code of Ukraine, gifts worth up to 25% of the minimum monthly wage (UAH 2,161.75 in 2026) are not taxed. If a gift is worth more, the taxes on the excess are paid by the organiser as the tax agent in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine.

12. Other

  • The promotion is an advertising campaign and is not a lottery or gambling: taking part requires no separate payment, and product prices do not depend on it.
  • By placing an order that takes part in the promotion, the buyer agrees to these rules.
  • Questions about the promotion: ask in the order chat or via Contacts.
